When a holiday is filled with just the kind of things that you would like to do....this was one of them....baking sourdough at a friend's in Goa...carried the starter, always admired a German Romertopf and what do I see ...she has one :)
Made a 300gm sourdough bread, 30 grams starter...apf 200gms, wwf 100gms, 2% salt, 70% hydration n with mixed seeds.
The local electricity let us down ...but the bread gods didn't...loved the color of the crust and the slices and the taste was amazing.
Enjoyed using all your gadgets @deepamangeshikar ...had a whale of a time. Thank you very much :)
