Happy Monday and started the day off lifting Heavy weights. At least to me I consider it heavy lol. - Changing things up and will be focused on strength and power for the next 12 weeks. - I'll be doing fewer reps and making it up by a shit tons of sets. The load will also be heavier about 75% of my 1rm (repetition maximum) - I'll be doing these for Chest, Legs and back workouts and still gonna be doing 30 to 45 minutes of cardio or 20 minutes of HIIT. - Also gonna be adding more carbs and calories but will be cutting back every month. - Gonna be eating 3000 calories this month and its 40%carbs 30%protein and 30% fat. I'll drop it down to 2500 and week 5 and down to 2000 on week 9. - Im a little worried about the diet but I should still be on the deficit. - Today's workout was Chest and here's the workout.
