I’m not going to write a long post about where I’ve been or give a life update. I’m just going to casually post this and not make any promises on posting more consistently lol. 😅 Lately though I’ve been doing supersets during my workouts. Primarily because I can’t think of enough exercises quickly enough to create an entire circuit lol but also because I want to switch things up some. Oh, and not shown in this video is me absolutely ramming my head on that little short bar jutting out from between the dip bars and me touching my head every 2 minutes to make sure I wasn’t bleeding. Seriously thought I had a concussion for a while. 🤭🙃 (and in full disclosure, I had to ask my coworkers how to move down to the next line in writing this caption because this is my first time using an iPhone to post to IG. 🙃 It’s been a long time I’ve posted y’all lolol)
