It was nothing short of phenomenal. Being in such a positive environment is the best place for me and for everyone in my opinion. Growth is the way to go people, it’s the key to happiness and the life you want.
A few years ago my husband and I attended a seminar similar to this one put on by the same company but this year it felt so different for me. Its kind of like reading a book or watching a movie for the second time. You usually hear something you hadn’t heard the first time. You perceive it in a different way. Maybe you weren’t ready for it at first but you are now. It completely opened my eyes to the fact of how important repetition is…
Just like with most things that are important:
You aren’t going to get much out of doing 1 or 2 workouts. Yes it’ll feel good at the time and you’ll be proud you did them, but you aren’t going to see lifelong results or benefits.
Now if you CONTINUE to exercise, its a lifestyle, you just keep going. 20-30mins of daily movement is crucial for so many reasons.
Same goes for if you get all your water intake for the day or eat one salad. Its not going to make you lose weight, you won’t be considered a nutritious eater. Lets say, you continually eat more veggies and drink more water. With the REPETITION, comes the benefits and results.
Personal development, fitness and nutrition will get you places! For so many it seems like such a far reach but I can promise you that it becomes a habit. When you feel better inside and look better on the outside it becomes an even deeper habit.
You just gotta stick with it! Repeat it. Over and over again.👊
