7 meal prep: Sitr fry cabbage x Sitr fry cucumber x mapo tofu x spicy dried imitation fish

Before and after on each dish.
Cabbage: add oil into a pan, and add chopped cabbage in. When it sizzles, add water, protein of your choice, and seasoning (salt pepper soy sauce black vinegar). Sitr fry it and let it sit.
Cucumber: add olive oil and sesame oil to pan, and chopped cucumber and tofu. When it sizzles add water, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, soy sauce, black vinegar, salt, pepper, mushroom extract, and oregano. Stir fry and let it sit.
Spicy Fish: I used imitation fish, add oil to pan, stir fry another protein and jalapeños. When it sizzles, add seasoning (salt pepper hot oil). Wait a bit and add imitatation fish. Stir fry till browning on your proteins.
Mapo tofu: firm tofu chopped into small squares. Stir fry the tofu to canola oil, salt and pepper. Wait and then add fermented bean paste, hot oil, water, vinegar, soy sauce, and Valentina. Let it sit.
Serve with rice.
