Wednesday wisdom… It’s all about the food. I just ran into an old student who thanked me. She’s been getting my newsletter for a few years(it is a weekly newsletter and if you want to get it DM me your email and I’ll sign you up). Her doctor wanted to put her on more cholesterol medication and she was already on high blood pressure medication. She knew if she changed the way she ate,she could get off her medication. She’s 18 pounds down, eating real food, not drinking much alcohol, and her life is so different. She feels amazing in her skin and has outgrown her clothes in the best way possible. She was absolutely glowing as she was telling me this.
There is no quick fix or shortcut to get your health on track. Just eat real food, mostly plants, drink enough water, and move your body. Time and consistency will yield the results you’re looking for. Your health is your greatest wealth!💪
