Muahhh😍 - ▪ INGREDIENTS: Seasoning: 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp Mirin, 1 Tbsp Plum Extract, 1 Tbsp Corn Syrup, 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, Pepper, 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste Ingredients: 400g Pork Shoulder, 1 Serving Cooked Rice, 1/2 Sliced Onion, 2 Sliced Garlic, 2 Tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, 3 Tbsp Sweet Corn - ▪ DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 1 Tbsp Mirin, 1 Tbsp plum extract, 1 Tbsp corn syrup, 4 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp sesame oil and a bit of pepper to make the seasoning. Separate 3 Tbsp of seasoning into other bowl and mix it with 1 Tbsp red pepper paste to make rice seasoning. 2. Marinate 400g pork shoulder with the previous seasoning. Mix 1 servings of cooked rice with rice seasoning. 3. Add oil to a heated pan and stir-fry 1/2 of sliced onion and 2 sliced garlic. When vegetable starts to cook, add bulgogi and stir-fry. 4. Add oil to an earthen pot and stir-fry seasoned rice. Add 1/2 of cooked bulgogi, 2 handfuls of mozzarella cheese and 3 Tbsp of sweet corn. Add the other half of bulgogi and close the lid to let the cheese melt. Heat it for 3 minutes.
