It’s time to get our fruit and flex on this summer! ☀️🍑💪🏽 Starting this Monday (8/19), @sofreakinvegan and I will be hosting a 14 Day Fruit and Flex Challenge! We will be feasting exclusively and abundantly on sweet, juicy fruit! We will also be completing simple, daily exercises! For those of you who have always wanted to try a fruit detox, this one is only 2 weeks long, but ONLY fruit this time! Fruit is the most nutrient-dense food on this planet, containing all we need: fiber, vitamins, minerals, water, etc! And it’s amazingly detoxifying! Nothing but whole, fresh, ripe, raw fruits all day, everyday, for 2 full weeks! I’m so excited to feast on unlimited watermelon, peaches, mangoes, and some bomb smoothie combos! If you’re down to fruit-up and flex this summer, comment down below, “I’m down!” Challenge starts Monday!☺️ Challenge Rules:
1. Eat ONLY raw, high-water, sweet fruits.
Drink ONLY water or fresh coconut water daily.
Avoid all animal products, cooked food, & processed foods.
Eat when hungry. Stop when satisfied. No calorie counting.
Complete the daily exercises!
