My last food post was over a month ago 😱 I’m back!! These are Honey - Vanilla Sable cookies, recipe by @bonappetitmag !
I think I may have over baked these at 18 min, I’ll reduce the time next time so they’re softer. Super easy to make, and I substituted the vanilla beans for vanilla extract instead cause $$$. I love the sugar on the outside which makes it shine a bit and adds a bit of crunch. These out of the oven were great! As they cooled I think cause I overbaked them they ended up crisper than I’d like. I love how much flavor the cardamom added! I used half of the dough to make these and then the other half for Pistachio Thumbprints Cookies (did you see my stories the other day hehe). The pistachio cookies with this dough is really yummy and the dough stayed fluffy and soft! 😋 -
